What makes Kaiju Kick unique?

Kaiju Kick has a triple-action formula: natural caffeine, electrolytes, and amino acids. Together they deliver steadier energy, optimal hydration, and longer-lasting focus than traditional energy drinks.

Why have we been misinformed about salt?

For years, public health messaging has pushed “less salt is always better,” but large cohort studies don’t actually support that story. When researchers have tracked sodium intake and long-term health outcomes in tens of thousands of people, they tend to see the lowest risk for heart attack, stroke and death in a moderate intake range, roughly around 4–6 g of sodium per day, with risk rising again at both very low and very high intakes.¹² Meaning there is a sweet spot for sodium intake,

Sweat sodium losses vary hugely from one person to another from around ~600 mg to up to 2000 mg per hour of hard training, so beyond the already low baseline that are recommended, electrolyte needs for those who move & train are way higher.
