What makes Kaiju different from other electrolyte products?

Most hydration products are designed to taste nice, not to perform. Kaiju was developed with Olympic-level athletes and sports scientists to replicate what your body truly loses through sweat.

It delivers higher sodium levels for real rehydration, balanced potassium and magnesium for muscle and nerve function, and absolutely no sugar, fillers, or artificial sweeteners. Every batch is tested for doping substances and certified by Informed Sport, so you can trust exactly what goes into your body.

How much sodium do I actually need?

Sweat sodium losses vary hugely from one person to another — from around 600 mg to more than 1,200 mg per hour of training. If you only replace water, you dilute your electrolytes and risk fatigue, cramps, or even hyponatremia. Kaiju provides an elite-level sodium dosage that matches the needs of real athletes, keeping your cells hydrated and your energy systems firing under pressure.

Why is there no sugar in Kaiju?

Because sugar is not what drives hydration. It slows gastric emptying and can cause stomach distress, especially in long or hot sessions. Kaiju focuses on clean electrolyte delivery — the minerals that actually move water into your cells.

When you need carbohydrates for fueling, you can easily combine Kaiju with your preferred energy source, without any overlap or digestive discomfort.

Can I use Kaiju outside of training?

Definitely. Kaiju was built for performance, but it supports recovery and concentration in any demanding situation — long workdays, travel, heat exposure, or even days when you simply feel depleted. Proper hydration helps mental clarity, muscle recovery, and overall well-being far beyond sport.

How should I take it for best results?

Mix one stick with 500 to 750 ml of cold water. For light or moderate activity, one stick per hour is enough. During intense sessions or in hot conditions, two sticks per hour help maintain full electrolyte balance. You can drink it before, during, or after your effort to stay ahead of dehydration rather than catching up.

Is Kaiju safe for tested athletes?
